Lina is the biological mother of Kuranosuke Koibuchi, a European entertainer and singer whom Keiichiro Koibuchi had an affair with at the time.
Bio[]
Lina once worked as a singer and had an affair with Kuranosuke's father. Kuranosuke remembers her through memories of her carefully maintained closet and love of fashion.

Despite the small amount of scenes she appears both in the anime and manga, Lina is seen as calm and composed, often keeping to herself. However, she gets excited at the simple mention of her son, Kuranosuke, and his many antics with Jellyfish.

Romance[]
At some point during Shuu Koibuchi's youth, Lina had an extended affair with Keiichiro Koibuchi. It led to her conceiving a child. Their relationship seemed to have ended either during her pregnancy or Kuranosuke's early childhood, as they were already over when she put Kuranosuke into his family's care.
In Italy, she married a furniture designer and lives happily with him.

Manga[]
In chapter 63, Shuu Koibuchi visits her in Italy, where she lives with her husband, a furniture designer. Shū assists her in ordering one of the dresses that her son helped design, but Lina asks Shū to keep her identity secret from Kuranosuke Koibuchi.
In chapter 84, Lina makes an appearance (accompanied by Shu) at Jellyfish's fashion show at the Enoshima Aquarium, catching Kuranosuke by surprise in the midst of walking the runway. After reaching backstage, Kuranosuke stumbles down into tears and is unable to proceed into the show, causing the other tenants of Amamizukan to gain some confidence and walk the runway in his place. Shu gets into backstage and witness a crying Kuranosuke trying to maintain his composure, until Lina comes in and finally embraces her son for the first time in years. She apologizes for leaving him alone all these years, but Kuranosuke assures her he doesn't care, as the first Jellyfish dress he and Tsukimi had made brought Lina back to him.
